A.PIRMETOV, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of “NC “Astana EXPO-2017” JSC met with Hungarian delegation headed by Antal Nikoletti, the Deputy State Secretary at Ministry of National Economy of Hungary. The delegation included Istvan MAKLARI, the Trade Representative at Consulate General of Hungary in Almaty, and Nandor KARTESI, the Second Secretary of Hungarian Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The meeting was initiated by Hungarian party. In the course of meeting issues of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Hungary in the context of holding EXPO-2017, the International Specialized Exhibition in Astana, were discussed.
Antal Nikolletti informed that Hungary intends to participate in EXPO-2017, and an official invitation will be forwarded within next three weeks. The interlocutor has also said, that National Day of Hungary in EXPO will be most likely planned for August 20, since it is the major public holiday of the state, which is considered as a day of establishment of Hungarian State.
A. Nikolleti reported on the course of preparation of Hungarian’s participation in EXPO 2015. Milan. Today 25 employees form Hungary are in Milan for preparation in EXPO 2015, Milan.
The Hungarian party has also expressed interest on opportunity of participation of Hungarian construction companies in the Project of EXPO-2017.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Board said, that one of the most important tasks of the Company is rational use of EXPO projects after EXPO ends. It is planned that EXPO Complex will be used as a venue for holding of international exhibitions, forums, conferences etc. EXPO-city shall became one of the first global project, where energy supply is provided not only by means of conventional energy sources, but from renewable sources as well. Thus, at the site of EXPO-city the system of intellectual “smart-grid” will be implemented, which shall ensure complete control and will lay smart networks exactly on EXPO site.
During the meeting, presentation on current work on preparation for construction of exhibition complex was provided.
A. PIRMETOV said that Hungary is a major partner for Kazakhstan, and that Kazakhstani party will look forward for official confirmation from Hungary.
